The old wooden gate surrounding the transformer is an eye sore on the Mira Costa campus. I recommend that we give the fence a fresh coat of stain, then in the style of Van Gogh, paint a beautiful floral garden scene across it. The bright colors will bring a breath of "fresh air" to the courtyard and turn an old dilapidated fence into a work of art. And the best part is that this campus beautifcation project is inexpensive and would be a fun activity for students in the art department.

  2. I like this idea. There are so many beautiful flowers around the campus and this would fit right in.

  10. You bring the stencil, I'll pick up some paint, meet at staff parking lot tomorrow at 2:00AM. Kinda old school graffito. Great idea, well executed. Jim
